My SkyHD box won't connect with my router. I have an old (non smart) tv. I have tried turning both off as well as resetting the connection. Any ideas?

Is this a new problem? Has it connected before?

This is a new problem. Cannot connect with 'On Demand' but can watch programmes already downloaded. Broadband to the router is fine.

Try the following:

- switch your Sky box and your router off at the plug.

- after 30 seconds restart your router

- wait another 4 minutes before restarting your Sky box

Then see if it connects.

Still no luck, but now the router WPS button is continuously flashing which was not happening before

Wait until it stops. Then try pressing the WPS button on your Sky box and within 30 seconds, the WPS button on your router and see if it will connect that way.

Error message 'there has been a problem connecting to the network, please check your settings and try again' which I have done several times now. Any suggestions?

On the front panel but not all Sky+HD boxes have built-in WiFi, if you have a separate WiFi box attached to the Sky box then the button will be on that
