      <description>&lt;P&gt;Watching recorded programme 4 hours ago, suddenly Sky went off, tried reboot Sky 1 hour ago, looked to start reboot but did not complete as I still cannot get it to open. Sky allegedly reporting no problems my area. Not helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any helpful suggestions welcome, thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What's actually happening? Any error message? Do you see the usual menu options? Is live TV ok? Or is it just a problem with recorded programmes?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
