      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2617607"&gt;@Bean+Machine&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;assuming this is Sky Q equipment, it's your responsibility to return the box so unless you have suitable packaging of your own that you can use, it would be best to give Sky a call and ask them to send/resend the packaging.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
