Sky Sports HD subscription added. Why?

I subscribed to Sky Sports for £20 a month. However, future bills are charging me £2 a month extra for Sky Sports HD. Why? This wasn't mentioned in the deal.

I ordered Sky Sports for £20 a month. My future bills showed this. Now my future bills show an extra £2 a month has been added for Sky Sports HD. So that's £22 extra. This wasn't mentioned when I ordered the subscription!

The Sky Sports Pack and Sky Sports HD are often shown as separate entities on the bill. Note that Sports comes with HD as standard (in that you can't choose not to have it).

However, if you agreed to a price of £20, I would expect it to show £18 for Sky Sports and £2 for Sky Sports HD. If that's not the case, ring Sky and if necessary ask them to listen to the recording of your call confirming the £20
