My Sky+ is working but about 20 feet of the outer casing of the outside cabling has dried out and dropped off. How do I get this sorted.

Unless you have Sky Protect insurance (Domestic & General) you will have to get a local company to replace the cabling

Unfortunately you'll need to get a local independent satellite installer to sort it out for you. Sky are no longer sending engineers for Sky+ services.

Or you could upgrade to Sky Q - the cabling and dish will be inspected and repaired where necessary at no additi0nal cost, as part of the installation.
