My remote is failing after many years of use, but I can't find any way of asking Sky for a new remote. That is all I need. How do I get in touch with someone at Sky to send me a new remote??

@Anonymous You can purchase a new remote from many online retailers.

Sometimes taking the remote apart and cleaning it can fix things 🙂
