If you have Sky Satellite TV and a subscription you do have a viewing card

What's the background to this? Are you new to Sky? Do you have a Sky TV subscription?

Been with sky for years. Nothing changed. Boys went 2 watch football then just came on screen insert viewing card

If the viewing card slot is empty then someone has physically removed your card

No one has removed any card they r 22 & 19 going nuts because they can't watch the football

Have you confirmed this by locating the slot on your box to see if the card is there or not? You might need to clean the contacts on the card with a dry cloth

Have you ordered Sky Q recently (in the past few months) and cancelled the order for any reason?

The Viewing Card is behind a flap. Have you found the flap and checked behind it?
