      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have Sky+ HD but second box (multi room) will not receive the paid channels. All works fine on the main box!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried switching off and on, doing a software update on the box and reactivating the viewing card (several times) all to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also tried contacting Sky by phone but wait times are generally excessive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3857920"&gt;@Tom35&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Seems to be an issue that can only be fixed remotely by Sky. Options are to phone them (possible long time on hold) or contact via Sky community. I resolved the issue by starting a new discussion which was the elevated. Altogether took about an hour, but at least your holding on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.&lt;/P&gt;
