&lt;P&gt;Your options now are either arrange a local satellite engineer to come to check your box or upgrade to Sky Q whereby the dish (if that is the issue here) will be fixed by Sky. You won't be able to book a Sky engineer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have insurance through Sky Protect (run by Domestic and General) you should be able to arrange an engineer through them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As indicated by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3328395"&gt;@Daniel0210&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you won't be able to book an engineer directly with Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
