&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV style="display: inline-block; border-radius: 10px; border: 2px solid hotpink; padding: .5em;"&gt;• The Dish is misaligned&lt;BR /&gt;• The Tuners in the sky box&lt;BR /&gt;• The input sockets on the Sky box&lt;BR /&gt;• The plugs on the cables&lt;BR /&gt;• The cables themselves&lt;BR /&gt;• The Sockets on the dishes LNB&lt;BR /&gt;• The dishes LNB has gone faulty for the connections the box is using&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You may have to call out someone to check your system&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3851952"&gt;@loftus2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sky may not be willing to send out an engineer. If so, you'll need to get a local satellite installer to take a look. Alternatively there's the option to upgrade to Sky Q and Sky will deal with it as part of the Sky Q installation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
