    <description>&lt;P&gt;When you placed the order for Sky Q did you get sent a new viewing card because of you did try using that one. If you didn't then you will need a replacement so I would call them back again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar issue that others have raised. &amp;nbsp;We had a cancelled engineers visit for Sky Q upgrade and now, a few weeks later, the card is not authorised? &amp;nbsp;I managed to speak to someone at Sky yesterday who said he would pair the card but still no joy. &amp;nbsp;When I follow the remote instructions it tells me the last three digits of my viewing card are not valid? &amp;nbsp;Please help as it's been days without Sky channels now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Two weeks ago I get the error message so I have contacted sky 3 times and each time they say they have sent a card and will send another card. They never arrive. They have even said that a sky q box will arrive, I don't want one, I want the viewing card for my sky+ box. Seriously contemplating stopping sky after 23 years. I'm so disappointed, it never used to be like this. Please send me my card and reimburse me for the sky tv I'm paying for and not receiving.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
