      <title>Sky+ viewing card issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I think I have a problem with my viewing card. We have sky+ and live pause has stopped working; also when we try and watch recorded progs the message says sky+ playback is not available. Also can't record. We have multiroom so I switched cards between boxes and the other card works fine in the living room. Makes me think sky + has somehow disconnected from that particular card ? Tried calling customer servs got a chatbot which sent me here. Any help appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
