      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky provision is getting worse. Being able to watch TV programmes is very intermittent and the programmes are very limited.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;More often than not programmes do not record and although I have broadband I am unable to watch catch up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Sky + HD and cannot upgrade because I live in a flat, neither Sky nor the housing association will provide the required satellite dish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The signal is poor and the picture is blocky at times or the screen is blue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am paying monthly for a service I am not receiving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate some advice please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
