Hi everyone. I've had sky q but they didn't change the LNB satellite as pre sky q box I had the old sky hd box, I actually had to buy another sky hd box as I threw mine out, but it keeps saying no signal, any ideas to how to get the free view channels back on without it saying no signal?

If you had Sky Q the LNB was changed. Sky Q won't work with a Sky+ LNB. You'll need to get it replaced with a standard LNB.

The LNB must have been changed to facilitate Q box use, and chances are it was a Q-only LNB which was put in place.

Sky Q uses a Wideband LNB, Sky+ does not use wideband LNBs so it would be impossible for Sky Q to be installed on a Sky+ LNB and work!!

If you have a HyBrid LNB then you need to make sure the Sky+ is connected to the correct ports on the LNB
