I've gone through every single step and I can't get any tv channels

Hy there i can see your post and i have some suggestion

Check Antenna or Cable Connection: Ensure that your TV antenna or cable is properly connected to your TV or set-top box. Check for any loose or damaged cables, and make sure they are securely plugged into the appropriate ports.
Rescan for Channels: If you are using an antenna to receive over-the-air channels, perform a channel scan on your TV or set-top box. This will allow the device to detect available channels in your area.
Check Signal Strength: If you are using an antenna, check the signal strength of the channels you want to receive. Weak signal strength can result in poor reception. You may need to adjust the position of your antenna or invest in a stronger antenna if you are far from the broadcast towers.

@Hezing thank you for your post, but none of these are relevant for a Sky+ box which is a satellite receiver, not a terrestrial TV.
