      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had the same problem for months now, I had rung Sky about another issue was then asked if I wanted to go Sky Q I said I'm happy with my Sky+ but within hours I can't download catchup &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt; I've decided I'm off when my contract is up they are no help as I've also rung and they are saying it's my broadband provider which has been checked and is ok can i add.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
