Occasional Download Issue

I'm having trouble with downloading particular shows, for example Stargate SG1 on Sky Max. Other stuff on that channel is fine but with Stargate I always get "There appears to be an issue with the broadband connection at this time". This happens with an odd few other shows on other channels too. Any ideas?

I'm also having this issue with sky max it's asking me to upgrade even when downloading in SD but only certain programs

I think the issue with Stargate has been reported on here before but I'm not what the outcome was so I would report this to the Viewer Relations team at Sky - viewerR@sky.uk
