Hi, im getting a message showing viewing card not authorised.

The message is showing viewing card not authorised. I have followed all the advise. Took the card out reinstalled it. Reset the box and still not working

Have you previously signed up for Sky Q and not gone ahead with it?

When you ordered Sky Q your viewing card in your Sky+ box will have been cancelled so you will need to call Sky as they will need to send you another one out.

If you were sent a Viewing Card for Sky Q before it was cancelled, you can use that.
