      <title>Hard disk error shown on Sky+ Box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ny box has started flashing a hard disk error message. The reset and factory reset suggested also did not work. The option suggested to me is an upgrade to Sky Q but I cannot find a way of figuring out what the additional cost, if any, would be for the package I am on.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know how to find this out ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also if&amp;nbsp; someone knows about another step that is worth trying to get the hard disk issue corrected that would also be useful to know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
