If that doesn't help, it looks like your dish may have moved slightly and is now out of alignment.&amp;nbsp; You'll need to book an engineer to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should be able to get a good deal from Sky to switch, but I'd suggest not mentioning the dish problem until you've agreed a deal (you might otherwise lose a bit of bargaining points). You might want to start by saying you'd like to switch but don't want to pay any more.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They won't replace the dish on the roof though, but more likely install a new dish somewhere lower, providing it can still receive a good signal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
