Cannot download Stargate sg-1 from on demand

Hi,

I am unable to download Stargate sg-1 or Stargate Atlantis from skymax on-demand but can still download other on demand from the skymax channel, over past few weeks we have been watching sg-1 on-demand with the box automatically downloading the next episode this suddenly became unavailable part way through series 4. The series 1 to 10 are still listed but wil no longer download, sometimes says failed, sometimes say broadband fault, it's not a broadband fault as other programs will download.

I have power cycled the box, done a planner rebuild, reset and reconnected WiFi.

Any help appreciated

I'm having the same. Shows all series and episodes available but then when you click the download button it says "Sorry, this item is no longer available". I didn't think Stargate Atalntis was showing for download a couple of weeks ago when I checked but then now it is showing in Available but again comes up with same error. No idea how to get it to work. Have tried software update, full reboot of mainbox etc.

Thanks, at least I now know what's happening and hope it returns in August so I can watch the last 3 seasons.
