TV SCREEN FLICKERING

Hi My TV screen keeps flickering and jumping. I have reset tv but it has not fixed the problem. Been going on for weeks now. Sometimes it's OK but then it starts up again. I have the old sky HD box.

It's not my tv as its only 2 years old.
