      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a problem connecting to on demand services. &amp;nbsp;My sky+ box is connected to my router but the connection to on demand says fail. &amp;nbsp;I've reconnected my router, rebuilt my box and contacted my internet provider to see if there was any permission blocked and there is nine. &amp;nbsp;Does anyone have the answer as to how I can restore my connection to on demand please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try turning off both your router and your Sky box at the plug. Then wait 30 seconds before turning your router back on and another 4 minutes before turning your Sky box on.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See if they then connect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
