      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well we've had problems for over a week or so, but recordings are failing and we can't actually watch any live tv. It's like the dish has been disturbed but there's nothing blocking it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The reason for failure will be displayed at the end of the programme summary on screen. What does it say?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
