Approx 18 months ago Sky insisted we have an upgrded box.

Since then I have had problems with

- Series link not working, just drops out halfway through a series

- Series link missing some episodes. Example may be a series with 6 episodes, first 3 are fine, 4 is missing, 5 is there and 6 is missing

- Recorded items show in list of recordings then when you try to watch says it has to downlaod as its not available. Sometimes you an download other times it wont work.

Have tried a software update.

Sky+ no longer gets software updates the last one was over 2 years ago

Has anyone else had similar issues? If so how was it resolved?
