Screen size on my Sky +HDBox

With my remote on my seat beside me whilst watching TV, as I moved in my chair I accidentally must have touched something on my Remote Control as the picture suddenly became too big for my screen.

Having spent the last 2 hours or so trying in vain to fix it, can you help me please?

I've only had my LG Smart TV for about 2 years so age isn't an issue.

I've had my Sky +HD Box since I joined Sky in 2014 and this is the first time I've had a problem. Obviously, my Remote Control also goes back to 2014, so probably hasn't got the right buttons on it to help me!!

Sky, can you help me please? I can't afford to upgrade.

I hope you or someone can help me please!!

Please use basic language as I'm not very 'techy'. :))

@Silver+Grandma If you press the TV Button followed by the Play Button, this should (I think) cycle through the various screen options on your TV.

Thank you both for your advice but somehow it didn't work, although it sounded simple.

However, once again I sat here patiently trying various things through my LG Remote as well as my elderly Sky Remote and - Voila!! - suddenly I had the picture in the correct ratio!! I couldn't repeat it as I've no idea what I did but I'm a happy bunny!!

Hopefully, when I switch on again it will still be OK!
