    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky+HD box is connected to my BT broadband via a small box supplied by Sky some years ago. When previously it disconnected itself I removed the two plugs and replaced them, which brought both lights back on. Now the power light remains on, but the wireless light does not come on. I have tried reconnecting following the onscreen instructions with no result. Does this mean I need a new connection box or something else ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try this first:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. Put your Sky box in standby and turn off at the plug&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Disconnect the Mini Connector&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Turn off your router at the plug&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Wait 30 seconds before turning on your router and another 4 minutes before turning on your Sky box&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Wait for your Sky box to fully restart&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;6. Reconnect Mini Connector&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you find you need a replacement Mini Connect box, try eBay: there are multiple listings for both models (USB or ethernet) for around £10, but be sure to get the one which matches your current unit. Sky won't supply such hardware these days: they ceased to be manufactured many years ago.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, late model Sky+ HD boxes with built-in WiFi are about £30, also on eBay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
