      <description>&lt;P&gt;If Sky have sent you a new card then perform a New Install with that card&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have ordered Sky Q and the order has not gone ahead for any reason the Sky+ card will have been cancelled and you'll need to use a new one, if you don't have a replacement then you'll need to get Sky to send one&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try performing a &lt;STRONG&gt;New Install&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
