Hd+ wont display the tv guide

Hd+ wont display tv guide since yesterday and wont let me input number of channel to change station, so am having to constantly press Chanel up and down button to change side

is this happening to others please or is it a problem with my box

Not sure if it's sky phasing out hd+ box so we have to change to Q

No it's not. What have you tried? First thing is to switch the box off at the plug for 5 minutes.

Thank you for your reply, I will try turning it off a little later to be honest I was afraid to try in case the box didn't come back on
