You've posted in the Sky+ forum.&nbsp;</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>It happens occasionally with Sky Q boxes, typically when the box starts up again after its overnight deep sleep. Restart the box by turning off at the plug for 30 seconds or so and it should restart normally.
