Help HD+ catch up not working on mums box

My elderly mum cannot get catch up on her box, I've tried the trouble shooting, resetting and turning everything off and in again...any ideas?

Has it worked until recently? If it has only recently stopped working, her box may be having the same problem as explained in this long thread. Sky are investigating.
