Why can I not view the HD channels 804 to 825 ?

I have a Sky HD + box but why can I not view the HD channels from 804 to 825 when I pay for Sky HD ? It says press the red button but I dare not incase I get charged extra . Does anybody know ? Or do I just press the red button ? Thank you

Are you able to access those sets of channels by going to say 104,105, 106 etc?

Because sometimes the HD versions are at the front of the TV guide, not the back.

If you have a look at the channel listings on our TV guide here www.sky.com/tv-guide/20230226/4101-1/ you can see that that HD shows in the 100 listings rather than 800 listings.

Alibi - 809 SD, 109 HD
Gold - 810 SD, 110 HD
Dave - 811 SD, 111 HD
Comedy Central 812, 112 HD

If you're paying for HD, the HD channels should not be in the 800 range. Sky Showcase HD should be 106 instead of 806, Sky Witness HD should be 107 not 807 and so on.

If your HD channels are in the 800s and can't be viewed something is wrong and you might need to contact Sky to get it resolved.

#xenon81 thanks , I have connect my spare box today and all the channels are in the correct order now and I can view them , I will reconnect the original box in a day or 2 and hopefully it has corrected itself .
