      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just got the mentioned error code and cannot now watch anything from my planner?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried turning on / off rebooting and removed card and reinserted but still getting error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else I can try before contacting Sky Customer Services?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And will I lose all current recordings in my planner ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you do need a new box, which is looking more and more likely, you'll need to look on eBay etc... for a secondhand one (&lt;STRONG&gt;DRX890&lt;/STRONG&gt; or the bigger capacity &lt;STRONG&gt;DRX895&lt;/STRONG&gt;) Sky have not manufactured Sky+ boxes for many years&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Almost certainly the hard disk has failed. Sky+ boxes haven't been manufactured since 2015/2016 so you'll need a used replacement. I'm not sure that Sky is still supplying them but there are plenty to choose from cheaply on eBay etc. Just choose a DRX890 or DRX895 model as they're the most recent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or now might be the time to upgrade to Sky Q? Sky will likely do you a good deal to persuade you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
