    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep loosing signal on multiple channels, I live in a block of flats and understand I need an engineer that is trained in multi dewleing unit to visit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried the guides online and had someone to come and try fix the problem but still loosing signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you checked ot my FAQ? I doibt it'll fix anything but worth a go&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It does sound like an issue with you communal setup that Sky don't deal with, that's down to your landlord/buildings management&lt;/P&gt;</description>
