Hi @Angie193 I suspect it is just you, I would try power rebooting your box.

I just get a message stating 'Searching for listings. Please wait. If you have seen this message for more than 5 minutes, press 🟡 for help'. Used the 🟡 and followed instructions numerous times to no avail. Starting to wonder if all these recent 'issues' are just Sky trying to get people to upgrade at a cost.

Most likely there wouldn't be a cost to upgrade. Have you tried restarting your Sky box by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes?

Yes. I have tried that as that's basically what the 🟡 button tells me to do.

How long as it been like this as I usually find that if you just leave it then it will return after a while.

Signal strength is around 75-100% based on the Settings menu. It seems to have been like this with the missing Top Picks for around 4-5 days. Just concerned new series may be starting or things of interest and ever since Never Miss was shut down I use Top Picks.

I have the same message on my Sky+ HD box and can not access Top Picks.

Not just you both my boxes exactly same been like for nearly a week, suggestions working fine so not box or broadband has to be a sky issue.

we have 2 sky +hd boxes no top picks featured menu on both but can get suggestions menu have been

turning both boxes off at the mains

Same on my box, so suspect it's an issue at Sky's end. It's not something I often use so couldn't say how long it's been like it.

I think the posts on the Sky Q forum and in the wrong place and relate to Sky HD. One of them mentions pressing Yellow but Sky Q doesn't use the colour buttons within the EPG interface.

@welsh.red pain in **bleep** as I was trying rebooting and all that it said, tried ringing but all I got was a dammed automated to contact sky protect

I'm seeing the same issue. No top picks since 28/01/23.

Is there any way to contact sky? There doesn't appear to be a contact us email, a support chat link or a phone number on their website.
