Sky+HD box not recording all of a sudden

My sky+HD box had suddenly stopped working. I've tried the services and 0 0 1 thing where the "housekeeping" comes up and the box switches off for a few mins but when I turn I back on nothing has changed! I've tried pressing 0 1 and select quickly but no hidden menu!, and I've also tried turning it off at the mains for a couple of minutes, and possibly everything else I can think of but to no avail, I can't afford an engineer to come out🥺😭

PS…it's the recording that's stopped working not the box as stated!

Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild
