Hi, my Sky set up has two Hd+ boxes with multi room and fibre broadband. Both boxes, when I use the 'Box Office' button on either remote control offer "no programs of this type are available". I have rebooted my router, tv's and Sky boxes multiple times and nothing changes. Both boxes/tv's have the correct network displayed and "OK" for network and On Demand.
on contacting Sky their technician could offer no reason for the problem cause as line tests showed ok and the fact that all other options than "Box Office" works normally.

Sky want me to pay for an engineer visit but I take the view that if their technical experts cannot even offer anything other than "it should be working" I fail to see what an on site visit might offer.

Anyone any ideas?
