So far this week I have had 6 emails tell me to update my Sky email account. The emails read as follows,

Attention user,

Our communication server records indicate that your email account is outdate. If not updated within 48 hours the server will count you as an invalid user and you account will be disconnected

Please follow the link below to update your account

Note in 48 hours, all inactive sky accounts will be deactivated

Thank you customer service

I'm assuming this is a scam so I've sent it to the abuse@sky.com so they can see it

@lulu16 It's a scam email, mark as spam & delete.

It is a scam email @lulu16 note the way they address you as "Dear user" instead of your actual name.

Email accounts do go out of date and neither do they need updating by the user so just keep marking these as spam.

Since I posted this I've had 3 I've alway spammed them
