just got an email saying as below:

I beleive this is spam but just wanted to check as I have never requested to deactivate but dont want to click on the link, can anyone help, thansk

That is definitely a spam emai so mark it as spam and keep doing the same should you be sent anymore. One way you can usually tell is that the email doesn't address you by your first name.
