Accessing email via Outlook

I have an email which appears to be from Sky saying I need to make some quick updates so I can continue to access my Sky mailbox. I currently use Outlook to do it and the email says it may not be possible to do that for much longer. What do I need to do?

The email isn't from Sky as it is from a scammer who wants to gain access to your account so mark this email as soam

and keep doing this should you be sent anymore.

I was concerned in case it was a scam hence I didn't click in the link in their mail. It was not addressed to me either and so thought it best to ask the Community. As always, this group has been a great help to me.
