Hi i keep getting emails say about updating my acvount ive did this several times still getting emaiks saying if i dont update my email account will be closed

The emails you've responded to were almost certainly not genuine. No account update is needed. It's likely that you've given a scammer your username and password, so I'd strongly recommend resetting your password immediately.

You might want to also think about setting up 2 step authentication so that each time you login a text message with a code that you then enter to access your account:
