    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. My sky account and email have been hacked managed to change my sky I'd password but can't remember the recovery code to use the 2 step verification as the forwarding phone number has been changed by whoever accessed my accounts , any suggestions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
