Why do i receive some of my emails in nonsense script and which don't mean a thing to me. ???

Are you using the Windows Mail app? I think it was that particular app which caused this to happen (another Community member may remember better than me) though I thought it had been fixed. Check that the app is up to date.

Alternatively you should see your emails correctly if you log in online here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

Thanks for that reply, I can view them on android phone they are fine, it's just on my desktop using windows 10, and not all the emails just the same few each time.
