Can't sign into emails

I can't sign into my emails. So I clicked on 'forgotten password' and it won't allow me, saying 'bad request'.

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again.

Problem with email

I am unable to sign in to my emails. I get a message saying there's a problem with my account. It will not allow me to change my password. It does not recognise my security details.

I'm going round in circles clicking on links sky has sent me. It's impossible to speak to any support to sort this issue out

Usually resetting the password will fix this but if you can't answer the security question are you able to login in here to change the question:
