Possible hacking to sky Yahoo email

We are not able to sign in to our email address we have not changed the password recently. It says the account is locked. It's a sky Yahoo mail and it doesn't seem possible to speak to anybody to resolve this. We have recently been hacked and I had to cancel bank cards etc so I'm concerned they have now accessed the emails.

It is unlikely your account has been hacked it is just for some reason it has been locked. So try resetting the password for it:
