      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are continually having issues with emails not loading on our mobile devices eg mobile phones. Emails take ages to recieve&amp;nbsp; and when they do arrive we are at times unable to read them as the body of the email is empty, we can only view the email subject&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MY home PC is connected via ethernet cable and i have no issues receiving &amp;amp; viewing emails via this way, the issue is via wifi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can this please be looked into&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;KR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There have been numerous reports here of the Apple Mail app not working intermittently. I would guess that's the cause of the problems you're having. You could use an alternative app such as Outlook, or log in via sky.com as alternatives.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
