emails not loading

Hello

we are continually having issues with emails not loading on our mobile devices eg mobile phones. Emails take ages to recieve and when they do arrive we are at times unable to read them as the body of the email is empty, we can only view the email subject

MY home PC is connected via ethernet cable and i have no issues receiving & viewing emails via this way, the issue is via wifi

can this please be looked into

Are your mobiles Android or Apple devices? If they're Apple, are you using the built - in mail app?

They are all apple devices

what is the in built mail app?

There have been numerous reports here of the Apple Mail app not working intermittently. I would guess that's the cause of the problems you're having. You could use an alternative app such as Outlook, or log in via sky.com as alternatives.
