If you're able to access your email account, what leads you to believe it has been hacked? Which email address has been changed?

iIts my yahoo sky email account.

I can still access it via the sky portal but when I try to change the password on yahoo site I can see the phone number and email have been changed

Hello,

not allowing me that option.

the two requests are via someone else's phone number and recovery email address so I can't change anything.

You should be changing your password via the forgotten password link on the Sky site, not Yahoo.
