When i call it tells me to go online but when I follow instructions it goes back to message above.

Had to remove numberas not allowed to post with it.

I'm afraid you are going to have to call Sky about this so when you finger to talk to someone don't mention that your email account has been locked just say your Sky account has. It might take a few calls before you get through to someone who knows how to unlock it.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
