Unable to log into sky email

I have been unable to log into my sky email since last Thursday - have no idea why can anyone help please. Reloaded yahoo but won't accept sky email account keep getting message re native set up - so frustrated

What error message do you get?

What do you mean by "Reloaded yahoo", just how do you normally access your emai?

I cannot log in yahoo mail via sky message says unable to do so - I'm at a loss had email address for years with no problem- I do understand that sky emails are via yahoo and not yourselves - but what more can I do?

Can you try using a different web browser to see if you can then login.

The error you are seeing is nothing to do with the email. It appears to be an error with whatever app/program you are using to access it, so try using a different one.

Just how do you access your email, on a phone/tablet or a PC?

I'm using an iPhone 11 via the yahoo app which I have downloaded several times and gone through safari to yahoo uk - can you please suggest a different platform I could try ?

@jayach this was the reply to the same question asked earlier. I must admit I wasn't entirely sure what @Cathy66 was saying.

Morning- no I am still unable to access my sky email- message I receive when click on the sky link you sent says "sorry you can no longer create a new yahoo mail account via sky"

via yahoo when trying to add a new email account I get the message "?isSetupWizard=18&yahooNative=1

I really don't understand what you are trying to do by this comment.

The other message, assuming you are using the correct email address, sounds like your account may have been deleted. Unfortunately only Sky could tell you if that is the case.
