Received this email today asking me to log in to update settings as change over is today ?

Is this a scam?

Yep. There's no update for Sky Yahoo Mail (nor is there likely to be in the future). Just mark it as spam, but otherwise take no action.

At a guess this email is not addressed to your personally because that is one way to spot a scam email as it the fact that have included a link that they want you to click through.
